This is a great tool. Helps you train your ear to the sounds. Had a difficult time with lung sounds before using this, much easier to interpret now.

This more seemed like a generalized overview. I was actually glad to finish it. Perhaps it just wasn't my cup of tea.

I'm sure this is a fine book. It is not accessible to my level of education. Very dry.

I love the ideas and the conversational tone with which they were presented by the author. It is a wonderful book. However. it is less than perfect due to frequent grammar and punctuation mistakes. It is a shame that such a good book was not better edited.

I found several errors but it was an overall decent read. Not too in-depth but again it was simply adequate.

The principles included were sound. The writing, however, was poorly edited and full of errors in grammar and usage. Other than that it was a good read.

This is so needed in our world today. With an all access pass to our lives via a smart phone setting boundaries can be hard. This book shows the value of honoring ourselves and how we can successfully set the boundaries we need to be our best self!

Developing personal boundaries has been something I've struggled with all my life with family, work and relationships. This book is a quick read and very helpful. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this book, it makes a lot of sense. I learned how to balance myself out, from my upbringing. I will work harder to balance out for my kids.. Thank you
