Paleo is the way to go for people with gluten intolerance, those who are struggling to get rid of extra weight or unhealthy food cravings. The more I do this diet, the more I see the benefits of it, and trust me, they are enormous. You're not only saving your time and money, but you're also going pro-health too, and I was delighted to find out that mostly the ingredients in this cookbook are available in the local grocery store. Of course, there are various seasonings that may be hard to find and you might need to order something online, but apart from that the book is affordable, as well as the recipes included in it.

I'm not imaginative enough to know how to chop or julienne or shred certain ingredients, so photographs behind each and every recipe are a must for me. There are none in this cookbook, but even I can tolerate this fact since the price is good, and there is a whole lot of recipes waiting for me to try them. I'm not sure if I will cook all of them exactly the way they are supposed to be cooked, but anyway – we'll get what we'll get. So far I've tried about half a dozen recipes including the tastiest banana bread I've ever tried and planning on making many more now.

I am not sure who has been reviewing this book, but they don't own the paperback copy. It has NO pictures in the entire book. The reviews read like air fryer enthusiasts and paleo enthusiasts have written a bunch of 5 star reviews, but don't own the book. I love my air fryer and have been eating paleo for about 2 years, I love them both but this book is not good. The "blooming onion" recipe I just tried resulted in an inedible onion, burnt to a crisp. (Picture attached)

This is just the way of cooking I would prefer above every other (and I did). I've found that the recipes are very good. I originally purchased the paperback, and then decided to purchase the Kindle version, which I think makes it a great deal.

Beef chops with dill are great! They are aromatic and juicy- just the way you might like your meat. I bought Air Fryer Slow Cooker about a week ago and can get enough of it since then. The thing is my family and I are trying to stay away from gluten and this cookbook offers various options to do so. It's a very valuable tool for those who are not afraid to experiment with their foods and be creative in the kitchen.

I enjoyed reading this book but I often find myself experiencing a range of emotions from "zeal" to confusion, and dismay. On one hand it seems the author is trying to appeal to orthodox Jews and Christians without offending either but on the other hand he seems to diminish who Jesus is to the sages of his time on Earth, referring to then as His contemporaries. I find the quotes from the Sages rather insightful and educational. Overall, it is a good read but one needs to have a good grasp of scripture to fully appreciate the information presented.

Not as much coverage of the Mishnah as I'd hoped. Also, not enough connection to the Bible, and some connections seemed to be missed that would have made a better work. Very short though, probably written very quickly. I read it in a couple of hours. Perhaps a good intro work for those curious about the Mishnah, but not enough meat for a theology buff.

I liked the Hebrew content - I disliked Dr. Blizzard's occasional near disdain for the Christian's focus on God and blessing over our meals. I would recommend this book for a strong Christian.

After watching a video by Dr. Roy Blizzard on Israel, and the book he had written on the Mishnah i ordered a copy. I found it to be everything I had expected and more,it helps that I enjoy listening to and reading Dr. Blizzards artic
