Very informative book on growing bananas. If you are a nanner head like me I would highly recommend this book. It covers a wide range of stuff.

I got this book to get me enough information about commercial banana production. For a person with zero knowledge on banana production, this book is a perfect fit. It covers almost all basic aspects of commercial banana production.
This book is almost a bible of bananas. It has since its physiological structure, through its field management, pests and diseases until marketing. And best of all that is updated information.
For its expensive price & small size, I wish the photos were in color rather than in black & white. However, it is still a fine book dedicated to banana science and cultivation management from A to Z.
This was a gift for someone who had a small grove of various bananas in Florida. It was suggested as necessary by a grower in another part of the state, so I suppose it contains vital information. I do not kow haw many stars to give it.
If your looking for a book on growing bananas, this is the only book you will need to buy. It covers everything from history to propagation. This is the third book on bananas that I have purchased and the only one I need.
