2 years ago l was fortunate enough to participate in the 1 week class, an extraordinary eye opener for me in the total context of what being a Firefighter/tactical Athlete is. This book reinforces everything that we were taught and is highly recommended!
I stumbled across the book and decided to give it a shot. I am not a tactical athlete but found the principles taught in this manual to be easy to understand and they helped improve the way I live and run my business. What I like best is that complex principles, learned by years of elite training and service, are boiled down by the authors into lessons that anyone can easily apply to their own lives. I highly recommend this book.
This book took often complex topics and made it easy to read. It gave me the science, real-world examples, and practical tools to start using immediately in my life. I've never seen a book that weaves all the elements of human performance together in such a succinct and clear way. When I got to the end I was blown away by the number of references and how up to date they were. I love gifting books to special people in my life - O2X... thanks for becoming my new go-to book that makes an impact on people’s lives.
